Premium Subscription
Some features of Chad Rankings — unlimited AI face rating, every exercise program, challenges, and deep progress tracking — require a paid Premium subscription. The free version remains available with limited features.
Plans & Pricing
- Monthly — billed every month.
- Yearly — billed once a year (best value).
The exact price is shown in the app before any purchase, in your local currency. A free introductory trial may be offered on some plans; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Managing & Canceling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.
If your Premium isn't recognized, open the app's Settings and tap Restore purchases to re-sync with the store.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are therefore handled directly by them, according to their respective refund policies:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account
